Organic brown rice pasta with veg and salmon

Tonight I tried the organic brown rice pasta by Amisa for dinner and it’s lovely – definitely my new pasta of choice! Especially as it only takes 6 minutes to cook.

I stir fried some mushrooms, mini corn, mangetout, vine tomatoes, courgette and asparagus and then added some tomato sauce I made from blended tinned tomatoes and garlic. Very quick and simple and a lovely meal!
