Poached eggs and greens for lunch!

I’m not feeling very well today, having a baby has apparently ruined my immune system and now I come into contact with lots of other sick babies and mamas I get sick, a lot!! 

Anyway, I fancied eggs for lunch but also craved something green. I think my body is craving green goodness to heal me! I ended up making myself a lovely lunch of kale, asparagus, avocado and poached eggs seasoned with a little black pepper and sea salt. Mmmm just what the doctor ordered!
