Raw Nutella Pie

I made a batch of Deliciously Ella Nutella that I haven’t managed to get through so I decided to make a pie out of it, before it went off. This was a really good decision. The pie is amazing. 



2 cups Almonds

1 cup Oats

5 Medjool Dates

3tbs Pure Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey)

3tbs Coconut Oil

1tbs Raw Cacao Powder


1 cup Raw Nutella (recipe here)

1 ripe Avocado

5 Medjool Dates

3tbs Pure Maple Syrup (or Raw Honey)

To decorate:

3/4 cup hazelnuts


Preheat your own to 180 degrees C

Blend the almonds and oats together until you get a chunky flour. 

Add in 5 medjool dates, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 3 tbs maple syrup (or honey) and 1tbs raw cacao powder and blend again. Until sticky. 

Place in your pie tin and press down firmly (I did the edges too so it has a crust. 

Bake for 10 minutes and then leave to fully cool. 

Whilst your base is in the oven blend together 1 cup of Nutella (raw Deliciously Ella Nutella) with 5 medjool dates, 3 tbs pure maple syrup (or honey) and 1 ripe avocado. 

Bake 3/4 cup hazelnuts in the oven for about 8 minutes until browned. 

Once your base is cool spread the filling into it and add your toasted hazelnuts on top. 

Now you can enjoy! I did!
