As someone who suffers with IBS and food intolerances, when I heard about the ‘anti-inflammatory’ diet I was very interested. Obviously certain foods cause a reaction in my body and so I avoid them at all costs. But there are also other foods which help the body heal itself, and may even calm the symptoms of inflammatory arthritis. Basically, they are just downright good for you!
